SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The Manual Press Operator is responsible for the setup and production of screen-printed Chrome Hearts apparel goods. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Setup screens for new prints - Confirm the accuracy of the print production provided coincides with the current print setup - Provide the supervisor with a TOP sample for approval before beginning production and make any changes to the setup if the TOP is not approved - Per feedback from the Supervisor, make any necessary adjustments to ensure quality of print is to standards - Accurately record activities in weekly logs - Monitor print output to meet required goal - Maintain a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive routine - Consistently deliver pieces with a short turnaround time - Rotate through tasks for specific pr...
