In this role, you'll: Work as part of the People and Workforce Strategy team delivering enterprise wide workforce plans. This role will see you shape the future of Transport for NSW’s workforce by undertaking strategic research, analysis and planning to inform the design and implementation of forward looking workforce plans. You’ll identify emerging capability needs, analyse workforce trends and advise on strategic responses to complex people challenges ensuring talent, mobility and resourcing decisions are aligned with organisational priorities. You will lead the development of data driven, future focused workforce solutions in a dynamic and evolving environment that demands agility, collaboration and innovation.
