People & Culture Business Partner (P&C Business Partner Wide Scope, Product Development) We are looking for a Genentech People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner to support the Roche Global Product Development (PD) organization. This position reports directly to the Vice President People & Culture (PD P&C Business Partner Enterprise) Product Development Overview: The PD mission is to improve patients’ lives around the world with unique medicines that have meaningful impact. We conduct global clinical trials, analyze results, monitor safety, and work with regulatory authorities to provide truly differentiated medicines to patients. Our primary disease focus areas are Oncology, Hematology, Immunology, Infectious Diseases & Ophthalmology (I2O), and Neuroscience. We attract, develop, and retain the most talented people in the industry, and have Development centers in Basel, Switzerland; South San Francisco, California; Welwyn, England; Mississauga, Canada; and Shanghai, China, as well as operations in many other countries.
