We are looking for a new Senior Claims Handler to join our team based in Antwerp. Reporting to the Head of Claims Belgium & Netherlands, you will play a key role in ensuring effective and efficient claims handling across the lines of business in scope. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining strong, professional relationships with brokers, collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate claims administration, and completing general claims administration tasks. You will manage a portfolio of clients and serve as their primary point of contact for all claims-related matters.
