The Litigation Docketing Specialist performs litigation docketing via docketing software to generate calendars from court documents, correspondence, rules and statutes, and research dates when necessary to supplement automated information. The Litigation Docketing Specialist shares the responsibility for the integrity and functionality of the firm’s systems through accurate entry of vital client and case information into the firm’s docketing system. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review and analyze docketing requests and associated documents and accurately calculate critical dates and related deadlines. Learn and demonstrate knowledge of court rules and procedures in several jurisdictions; ensure continual monitoring of updates of court rules and procedures..
