Description PURPOSE OF POSITION: The production line lead will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily production activities of a production line. This key position with the production team will ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. PRINCIPAL DUTIES: · Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff. · Load rolls of chipboard on machine ensuring continuous supply of material · Keep accurate records of hourly production numbers and scrap · Inspect filters and filter packaging at various stages of production, making corrections as necessary. · Assist with providing raw materials to the production line to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing. · Sets up line for the filter manufacturing. · Performs other duties as assigned by management to support production goals DECISIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Assist the supervisor in monitoring employee performance to ensure product quality aligns with company specifications · Ensure that all employees follow safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment · Responsible for pro...
