ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to the CEO, the Governance & Executive Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of Board and Committee functions while maintaining high standards of governance across the organisation. You will work closely with the Board, its sub committees and the Executive Leadership Team, building trusted relationships with senior leaders in a complex and high-profile environment.
