Agency: Havas Media International Job Description: The Controller is responsible for accounting and financial operations related to the global clients. Mission & Responsibilities Global corporate accounting & financial operations review: - Review accounting operations - Control Billing, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition - Control quality of financial transactions and financial reporting - Review financial reports: audit and financial analysis reports, profit and loss statements, balance sheets Support in building the global P&L: - Monthly update the Managing Director in coordination with Finance and Operations - Prepare budget & financial forecast - Analyze and report issues and variances from forecast and budget - Contribute to advise the Controlling Manager on potential risks - Coordination with local controlling team for global consolidation when relevant Previous experience & Industry background: - 2+ years’ experience in financial controlling - Media Agency Qualifications & Languages: - Master’s degree in Business Management or Finance - Languages: English (Fluent) Soft skills & Competencies: - Budget & Financial Forecast - Billing and invoicing - B...
