This role is essential to clinical operations and requires a professional who is dependable, compassionate, and skilled in oral surgery assisting. Position Summary: The Oral Surgeon Assistant will assist during oral surgical procedures and ensure the operatory, instruments, and equipment are fully prepared for treatment. This role includes supporting clinical and technical procedures under the direct supervision of a licensed surgeon or dentist, along with providing clear and thorough post-operative instructions to patients, parents, or escorts. Responsibilities: Prepare all treatment rooms in advance for each patient. Maintain and change chemical solutions (disinfectants, sterilants, ultrasonic, pre-soak) according to protocol.
