Summary: The most critical role of the Customer Experience Tier (CX) 1, is to answer inbound communications/inquiries and provide the highest level of engagement with customers and prospects. CX Tier 1 is expected to provide individualized sales support for accounts where they are listed as Sales Support to both the customer and our organization.
