Salary Range: $68,778 - $110,732 Salary Grade: 22 FLSA: Exempt Purpose of Classification: The purpose of this classification is to manage the day-to-day operations and staff of an assigned library branch and is responsible for one or more specialized areas. Essential Functions: The following duties are normal for this position. Supervises, directs and evaluates assigned staff, processing employee concerns and problems, directing work, counseling, disciplining and completing employee performance appraisals; interviews and hires new employees; and coordinates training activities.
