Overview: We are seeking An Emergency Room Charge Nurse (RN). An Emergency Room Charge Nurse (RN) oversees the efficient functioning of the ER, balancing administrative duties with patient care. The Charge Nurse coordinates patient flow, ensuring the right resources are available for patient needs and that priority cases are addressed promptly. This Registered Nurse manages staffing, assigning duties based on skill and patient load while providing guidance and support to the nursing team. An Emergency Room Charge Nurse also consult with doctors and departments to streamline operations and maintain clear communication. Charge nurses manage complex care cases, resolve conflicts, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare policies, all while fostering a cohesive, efficient team environment that enhances patient care.
