Fire and Safety Australia is seeking an experienced and highly capable ESO Lead for an ongoing role in the oil and gas sector, based in South Australia. This is a FIFO position on a 2:2 roster from Adelaide or Brisbane. We're looking for a proven leader with a strong background in fire and emergency response, capable of leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments. Aviation firefighting and training experience is highly desirable. The Emergency Response Lead as well as having specific lead responsibilities will also respond as a member of the ‘onsite’ emergency response team. Providing an understanding of the systems and processes that make up prevention, preparedness and response which includes mentoring and familiarisation of operations, processes and procedures to onsite personnel and support health, safety activities where required. You will be responsible for the lead and coordination of onsite Emergency Services and Security Officers and their duties during both standard daily operations and emergency incident response.
