Overview The Department of Biomedical & Translational Sciences at Brock VHS Eastern Virginia Medical School at Old Dominion University seeks qualified applicants for a full-time salaried faculty position as a HEALTH PROFESSIONS EDUCATOR and Pathologists’ Assistant program EDUCATIONAL COORDINATOR at the ASSISTANT PROFESSOR level. Based in Norfolk’s historic Ghent neighborhood on an impressive and growing campus with access to a state-of-the-art simulation center, world class hospitals and newly renovated educational facilities, this community based medical school provides ample opportunities for growth for a professional interested in developing their career as a health professions educator. The successful candidate will join a collegial department that teaches foundational sciences to our medical, professional and graduate students. Candidates must have a MS-PA (ASCP) and experience teaching medical/graduate level classes in anatomical sciences and/or pathophysiology.
