Job description

The Physician Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified physicians to meet the organization’s staffing needs. They collaborate with hiring managers, execute recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment cycle to ensure a seamless hiring process. With expertise in healthcare recruitment, the Physician Recruiter contributes to building a skilled and diverse workforce of healthcare providers. Bachelor's Degree required.
