Description We are seeking a Field Service Technician with hands-on experience supporting Point of Sale (POS) systems and technology. This role focuses on installation, troubleshooting, and repair of POS hardware and related components in the field. - Install, configure, and service POS systems at customer locations Troubleshoot and repair: - Payment terminals - Touchscreen monitors - Receipt printers & cash drawers - Barcode scanners Summary/Objective: The field service technician is responsible for troubleshooting electro-mechanical problems, completing installations, and performing unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance on equipment, based upon customer demand and need; and to provide complete customer satisfaction in a polite and professional manner.
