Location: Avera Long Term Care Pharmacy Worker Type: Regular Work Shift: Primarily days with rotating weekends and holidays (United States of America) Pay Range: The pay range for this position is listed below. Actual pay rate dependent upon experience. $17.50 - $28.00 Position Highlights: *May be eligible for a $3,000-$4,000 Sign-on bonus!* A Brief Overview: Assist in drug shortage, drug inventory, point-of-sale transactions and required record keeping under the supervision of a Pharmacist. What you will do: - Performs clerical/billing functions associated with the medication distribution system and accounting software. - Runs cash register, credit card machine and employee badge swipe machine associated with point-of-sale transactions within pharmacy. - Works with Avera Billing Specialist to provide all needed financial information. - Work with Med B Specialist to provide all needed transaction information. - Open and distributes mail. - May assist stocking merchandise according to merchandise layout plan.
