CDL Driver - Per Diem

Job description

The Partial Care Program Driver transports Partial Care Program Participants to and from home and the Partial Care program. This position also may transport meals, durable medical equipment, along with any other transportation as deemed necessary. This position may also serve meals, complete documentation of meals and other tasks as required. The Driver operates the van according to all established laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. This position dispatches and develops routes as needed. The Driver is also responsible for maintaining routine vehicle maintenance and inspection. The Driver assists in developing quality assurance studies based on customer service as well as departmental policy and procedures. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to team-work and cooperation. QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Commercial Driver's License required. Driving record meets insurance standards.
