Maintenance Manager

Job description

Reports To: General Manager , Maintenance, Tooling, Facilities Description: Directs the activities of all maintenance operations in a timely and efficient manner in order to support plant operations. Directs the work of group leaders, maintenance technicians, and HVAC maintenance Technicians within the department. Responsibilities: Education: Experience: Skills: N/A Training - specific to placement into position - Must know all Safety Requirements, Departmental and Plant Wide. - Must be able to maintain departmental 5-S for assigned areas and equipment. - Must be able to complete required departmental paper work. Have general knowledge of computer software and maintenance work order system. - Is responsible for the activities of maintenance technicians, HVAC maintenance technicians and group leaders - Coordinates with maintenance supervisors and engineers to establish work assignments and assures that they are completed. - Coordinates with other departments in providing maintenance support services in a timely fashion. - Maintains positive employee relations within the department while adhering to judicious disciplinary measures when required. - Responsible for administering employ...
