Processes, reviews, and analyzes a range of data to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Performs technical fiscal and accounting duties by preparing and maintaining fiscal records and reports. Ensures all accounting transactions are completed in accordance with Department of Corrections (DOC) and Department of Accounts (DOA) policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to perform detailed work with numerical data and to make mathematical calculations rapidly and accurately. Working knowledge of sound bookkeeping/accounting principles and practices. Demonstrated ability to prepare routine financial reports and statements.
