Key Responsibilities: Paint Application: Apply paint to trucks, ensuring an even and durable finish. Perform touch-ups and corrections as needed to maintain high-quality standards. Paint Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning. Mix paint to match colors and ensure proper consistency. Sanding and Prepping: Sand and prep trucks for painting and repairs. Ensure surfaces are free of dirt, grease, and other contaminants before painting. Quality Control: Inspect painted surfaces for quality and consistency. Address any defects or issues promptly and effectively. Tooling: Use personal tools as required; larger tools and equipment will be provided by the company.
