Under the supervision of the Pharmacy Quality, Accreditation and Licensing Manager the Quality and Accreditation pharmacist oversees the quality, compliance, and accreditation requirements for our specialty and retail pharmacies which are regulated by multiple state boards of pharmacy, federal agencies, and various accrediting bodies including but not limited to URAC and ACHC. Serves as a point of contact for all pharmacy related audits. Participates in the Specialty Pharmacy and retail pharmacy Quality Management Program and all requirements associated with our accreditations. Job Description: Primary Responsibilities: 1. Serves on the quality and accreditation team, coordinating and collaborating with URAC, ACHC and other accreditation entities and business partners to ensure compliance with all accreditation requirements. Assists in preparing the organization for accreditation submissions, reviews and reaccreditation. (essential) 2.
