Position Summary: This position provides best-in-class, proactive customer service to elevate the Fashion Island guest experience. This role requires serving as the primary ambassador for the Center, expertly managing diverse guest needs while fostering an exceptionally welcoming and friendly environment. Key Responsibilities: - Serves as the primary welcome point for guests, providing directions and Center information - Seeks opportunities to exceed the expectations of guests by providing best-in-class customer service and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times - Handles all guest requests effectively and efficiently based on established policies and procedures - Maintains an ongoing knowledge of Fashion Island and its stores, restaurants, and events - Efficiently processes gift card sales and manages reconciliation reporting - Resolves guest challenges and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory outcomes - Remains compliant with operating procedures, including uniform and grooming standards Additional Skills: - Experience with Google platforms and point-of-sale systems Preferred Education: - High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent expe...
