Position Summary: The Operations Manager (Production Manager) leads a team that can be comprised of a combination of supervisors, material handlers, operators, planners, maintenance or warehouse personnel in the execution of processing and operational requirements that can include the shipping and maintenance departments of the facilities. This person will have budget responsibility for their respective departments of responsibility. This role requires in-person work 5 days/week in Northborough, MA. Relocation assistance is provided. This role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship of H1B Transfer.
