Senior Operational Resilience Manager, London, Permanent The Senior Operational Resilience Manager leads a specialist team and owns the day to day delivery of operational resilience within 1LoD, giving you clear scope, trusted accountability, and the time to embed preventative practices that work in reality. You work directly with Pay.UK services that process 11 billion UK payment transactions each year, applying the Bank of England Operational Resilience policy to protect important business services within agreed impact tolerances. We support you to improve incident management, build consistent playbooks, and help the organisation move from reactive response to sustained resilience, together.
