As a manufacturing engineer, you’ll play a hands-on role in improving how we manufacture our products—driving efficiency, quality, safety, and cost improvements across the plant. This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain broad exposure to Lean manufacturing, capital projects, and cross-functional collaboration while making a visible impact on daily operations. You’ll work closely with production teams, leaders, and other engineers to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and ensure sustainable results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Experience in this position: Process Improvement & Lean Manufacturing Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools such as Kaizen, DMAIC, standard work, value stream mapping, and 5S.
