Join the Lawrence CJSC serving as a Lead Clinician to provide support for justice involved individuals! As a lead clinician, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the team and actively participate in the treatment planning and goal setting for our clients! Qualifications:  Ensure that all casework services are consistent with the operating policies of the Office of Community Corrections (OCC) and other regulatory agencies.  Promotes and leads agency culture of learning and respect to others as well as agency mission and strategic plan while empowering staff in meeting the agency mission.  Ensure that participant documents such as a copy of all intake materials are placed in participant files including those provided by supervising agencies (e.g., Probation, Parole, and Sheriff’s Department).  Complete intake assessments utilizing assessment tools (e.g. LS/RNR, TCUDS, etc.); assess risks/responsivity needs; and develop treatment plans for each assigned participant.  Ensure that treatment plans and goals for transition are completed and reviewed on a monthly basis.
