About the role We are seeking an experienced Maternal and Child Health [MCH] nurse, dedicated to supporting vulnerable families. The successful candidate will manage a case load and will receive continuous professional support through their tenure. You will provide a flexible and intensive support for vulnerable families, to support the goal of the Victorian Enhanced Maternal and Child Health Program to improve the health and wellbeing of children across the Geelong community. Improve outcomes for vulnerable families experiencing significant early parenting difficulties and children identified as being at risk of harm. Deliver a structured, comprehensive and targeted approach to the early intervention and prevention of physical, emotional and social challenges affecting young children and their families.
