Job Summary The systems administrator position will help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot a rapidly expanding infrastructure. Staff in this position will demonstrate superb technical competency, deliver mission critical infrastructure, and ensure the highest levels of availability, performance, and security. Major Responsibilities: - Develop the plan to implement hardware and software lifecycle management. - Monitor and manage network applications, systems, and hardware. - Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, applications software and system management tools. - Maintain high level of network efficiency and security. - Be efficient in monitoring and reporting performance and configuration issues in network infrastructure such as Meraki switches and Palo Alto firewalls. - Maintain security updates and protection of all servers and other equipment. - Maintain VMware infrastructure to include VxRail, IDPA, and multiple Vcenters. - Monitor and maintain AT&T, Comcast, ATC internet connections and vpn connections. - Configure Unity Connected Solutions phone and call center systems.
