Role Description: As a (Senior) Project Leader / Project Manager, you play a key role in managing Technical Due Diligence (TDD) assignments in the Netherlands and across Europe for our international clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire TDD process, ensuring transparent communication and helping them understand associated risks and capital expenditure implications. Your main responsibility is to organize and coordinate technical due diligences. This includes leading a DD team consisting of, among others, building and MEP inspectors, identifying building‑related risks relevant to the transaction, assessing their impact, quantifying these risks, and providing clear recommendations to support well‑informed client decisions.
