Project Superintendent - 266730 Based In Portland, Victoria: Full time ongoing, Long-Term Position: Lead Multidisciplined Teams: UGL delivers engineering, construction and maintenance services across the oil & gas, power, renewables, resources, water, defence and telecommunications sectors. About the role: We are seeking an experienced Superintendent (Mechanical or Electrical) to oversee maintenance and project execution activities within a Alumina Smelter environment. This role provides frontline leadership across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and aligned with operational requirements. You will coordinate all field‑based activities, manage contractor performance, support shutdown and project delivery, and work closely with operations, engineering and HSE teams to maintain a high‑performance culture onsite.
