QUALIFICATIONS for Cake Decorator (partial list): - Proven experience within the cake/dessert decorating business. Pictures of work required. - Demonstrate the ability to use many different mediums including Butter Cream and Pastry Pride. - Familiar with dozens of different decorating tips and have an eye for artistic detail. - Excellent time management skills. - Use of effective communication skills to be able to work with guests and take their cake orders. - Able to work in a fast-paced operation with the ability to stand for long periods of time. - Food handler's card required.
