Coordinates and reviews the work of others on assigned shift to ensure a safe, secure, and productive environment. Leads, develops, and counsels staff. Responsible for work schedules, duty rosters and performance management system for staff. Conducts ongoing inspections to ensure compliance with security post audit, policies and procedures governing all aspects of institutional operations. Interacts with management, staff, visitors, inmates and the public to maintain orderly and secure operations. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Operator’s License.
