Title: Loan Originations Specialist Standard Hours: 40: Primary Location: SA Operations Center: 110 Broadway, Suite 500, San Antonio TX, 78205 Reports to: COO Division, Director of Member Experience Job Description: The Loan Originations Specialist will work directly with a wide variety of members to ensure a stellar and speedy experience from start to finish. The Originations Specialist will act as the loan processor, primary point of contact for our members, and ensure accuracy of certification and disbursement requests. As part of the role, you will review borrower documents, identify any additional documents needed, manage borrower communications, proactively working following up on any outstanding items, identify applications in need of dedicated support, and assist with coordinating resources to for member needs. The Originations Specialist maintains ongoing book of business to track all members assisted as well as specific actions taken, roadblocks encountered and end results.
