Director of Operations Department: Operations: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Brockville: Reporting To: Dean Barton: Mission: Own and deliver the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of the Brockville, Ontario facility. Drive measurable improvements in quality, throughput, cost, and employee engagement while scaling operations to support long-term growth. Strengthen a culture of process discipline, safety, and performance excellence, ensuring operational rigor across manufacturing, staffing, and all program initiatives. Hold full accountability for plant performance, driving continuous operational improvement within the rail component aftermarket.
