Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Position Purpose The 12-month Nurse Residency Program at Saint Mary's Hospital in Waterbury , CT, is designed for any Registered Nurse RN with less than 1-year of nursing experience to expand the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required of a Registered Nurse to move from entry-level competence toward proficiency and expertise. What you will do: Develop clinical judgment and decision‑making: Deliver safe, evidence‑based, people‑centered care: Build leadership skills at the bedside Apply research and best practices in daily care Learn through collaboration with educators, preceptors, and peers.
