Key Responsibilities: - Leads the Compensation & Benefits program functions, managing day-to-day operations, staff, and budgets to ensure effective delivery of all compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives. - Designs and implements a comprehensive total rewards strategy, developing competitive compensation structures (covering broad-based and executive base salary and incentive/bonus plans) aligned with KHI’s business objectives and budget guidelines. - Oversees employee benefits and wellness programs with a mandate to think beyond traditional plan renewals; drives meaningful redesign of medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, retirement, and wellness offerings to improve affo...
