Pay Range: The UMass President’s Office expects to pay within an approximate hiring range between $90,000 - $110,000 for this position. The specific pay for this position will be determined by the University based on consideration of all relevant factors when and if it decides to extend an offer of employment. Primary Work Location: Charles River Campus of UMass Amherst. Hybrid work schedule. Job Summary: The University of Massachusetts Building Authority (UMBA) Capital Project Team oversees UMBA’s capital projects on the five UMass campuses from concept through project close-out. The Capital Projects PMIS Program Administrator works as part of a motivated team reporting to the Director of Capital Projects and will be responsible for monitoring and assisting with the implementation of the UMBA’s capital programs on the University of Massachusetts campuses.
