We are offering a $5,000.00 Sign on Bonus Key Accountabilities: - Monitor, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components of the machines. - Monitor, troubleshoot and repair of Knoll cooling lubricant tanks and MTM washing machines (cleaning and refilling if necessary). Including machining and facility equipment and fluids. - Monitor and ordering of bulk Nitrogen. Monitor and repair transfer tanks. - Documentation of malfunctions and the measures taken of used spare parts. - Coordinate training and provide coaching to less senior technicians. - Coordinate services and schedules with original equipment manufacturers and other suppliers. - Complete spare parts and material management (Use, stocking, ordering, and insourcing). - Repair of failed components: Pumps, valves, sensors, motors etc. - Implement, lead, schedule and perform Total Production Maintenance (TPM) measures. - Creation...
