Description Novaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner and global leader in automation systems and solutions, is seeking a part-time Learning & Development Intern to support employee learning programs across the organization. This internship offers hands-on experience contributing to learning systems and programs used companywide, with a focus on operationalizing Workday Learning, coordinating new hire and ongoing training, and assisting with content creation. The Intern will gain exposure to modern L&D tools, including AI-enabled content development, while supporting a growing, practical learning function. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, curious student who enjoys both systems-based work and creative support.
