Legal Operations Intern Busek Co. Inc. – Natick, MA Busek, through its Business Development (BD) team, continues to pursue sales opportunities and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in support of our growing spacecraft propulsion and advanced aerospace systems business. As part of this effort, Busek regularly works with customers, suppliers, and partners requiring Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), contract support, and legal operations coordination. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Operations Intern to support our Legal Operations team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to contract administration, NDA review and negotiation, export compliance support, and legal operations processes within a fast-paced aerospace and defense environment. The ideal candidate is interested in legal operations, contracts, compliance, corporate law, or business administration and is looking to gain practical experience supporting a growing technology company.
