Department: Finance, Economics, and Accounting Salary: $8.25 per hour (max. 20 hours per week) Schedule: Varies, based on the students’ class schedule Position Summary: The duties of the Federal Work Study Student Aid are to obtain work experience on campus in offices, labs, gym, the library, and other areas. Duties may include assisting staff and faculty with preparation for research, classroom instruction, departmental operational needs, or performing administrative and other support duties as required. Positions may be filled based on individual applicants’ skills, qualification, and departmental needs. **Must be eligible for Federal Work Study. Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist the Finance, Economics, and Accounting Faculty/Staff. - Provide excellent customer service to all staff, faculty, and students. - Greet and assist visitors. - Operates standard office machines including a computer and commonly used word processing software. - Performs basic Excel and Office 365 duties as required by department. - Assists with maintaining records and filing systems. - Assist with Administrative and Clerical Duties...
