(Full-Time, Variable) Starting Pay: $22.61 Weekend Differential $2.00 Night Differential $5.50 CNA Trainee Cohort starts on 07/13/26. The CNA Trainee Program consists of 36-40 hours a week of full-time training with variable hours. Please note our informational session (required) and interviews will be scheduled with our recruitment team and CPPD Hiring Managers. *For Internal caregivers please apply within 90 days of the start of the program and notify your supervisors of your interest. * St. Charles Health System is making a large investment in you and your career by holding this CNA Trainee Program. Once accepted into the CNA Trainee program, attendance to every class is mandatory. At the successful completion of the CNA Trainee Program, the Trainee will transfer to open (Full-Time) CNA Trainee/Graduate Nursing Assistant position(s) within SCHS. Once certified as a CNA through Oregon State Board of Nursing, the CNA Trainee will transition to their new CNA position. It is an expectation that the CNA Trainee will commit to working as a CNA at St. Charles Health System for a total of 12 months.
