Job Summary: - Performs assessment/evaluations as well as short-term counseling and referral services for employees and their household family members of Butler Health System and companies with whom we provide programming. Registration/Certification/Licensure: Preferred: Clinical license in either Social Work (LSCW/LSW) or Professional Counseling (LPC) - Master Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology - N/A Minimum: Preferred: - Act 33/73 Clearances Experience: - One year related work experience. - Knowledge of chemical dependency.
