Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in designing and building technical systems that utilize relational databases (e.g., SQL) and programming in languages such as Python, Java, or C++. - 2 years of experience in people management. - 2 years of experience in managing projects and presenting to the stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: - Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field. - 10 years of experience delivering impact in technical roles. - Experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similar. - Experience working in a cross-functional environment across multiple teams, including product and engineering teams. - Ability to formulate data-driven proposals along with excellent problem-solving skills. - Excellent project management and leadership skills.
