Their services include locating absent parents, establishing paternity and support, support collections, and the modification and enforcement of child support orders. Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Commissioner for Fiscal Operations, the OCSS Fiscal Operations Analyst plays a central role in evaluating fiscal performance, producing analytical reports, and supporting operational improvements across multiple fiscal units. The role emphasizes identifying discrepancies in casework and account management, assessing their impact on performance metrics and compliance, and helping leadership develop strategies to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
