Senior Engineering Manager (Level L) Company: The Boeing Company The Kill Chains Analysis team in Sensors and Special Programs (S&SP) is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager (Level L) to lead capability development and operational analysis for interoperability across multiple weapon systems. This role will lead a core team of ~15 senior engineers and coordinate a broader portfolio spanning multiple programs, customers, and agile release trains. Position Responsibilities: Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary engineering team, to deliver cross-program design, prototyping, and operational analysis. Support program execution across the portfolio: scope, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and earned value/variance analysis. Drive interoperability strategy and technical commonality across platform implementations and suppliers. Coordinate statement-of-work decomposition across multiple SAFe agile release trains and lead process and staffing improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, stakeholders, program management, and senior leadership; prepare and deliver executive briefings.
