JOB OVERVIEW: The Senior Manager, Real Estate & Lease Management provides strategic leadership and financial oversight for complex real estate and lease portfolios on behalf of LandSolutions’ infrastructure and telecommunications clients. This role blends strong financial acumen, lease accounting and administration and real estate expertise to ensure assets are managed efficiently, compliantly, and with long‑term value in mind. The successful candidate will oversee lease administration and financial controls across large, multi‑jurisdictional portfolios, support negotiations of complex real estate agreements, and act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal project teams.
