Main function and scope: We are looking for a Mechanical CAD Design Engineer to join a project focused on the development of high-precision sensors and robotic systems, with the objective of reaching TRL9 in an extremely demanding operating environment and severe operating conditions. The selected candidate will work on the design of parts, subassemblies, housings, supports, mechanical interfaces and the integration of electronics and sensors. Core functions: · Develop 3D models, manufacturing drawings, assemblies and technical documentation. · Design parts, housings, supports, mechanical interfaces and subassemblies. · Design compact, robust and manufacturable solutions. · Integrate sensors, electronic boards, connectors, wiring and fastening elements. · Collaborate with the senior team on design evolution against shock, vibration and temperature requirements. · Consider mass, volume, assembly and maintainability constraints. · Participate in design revie...
