Education Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree Work Experience: - A minimum of 2–4 years of progressive experience in technology or digital development roles. - A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required. Other Work Experience: - Demonstrated experience using modern development workflows, including strategic use of generative AI tools, to ship digital products. Evidence of forming opinions about when and how AI accelerates delivery. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Ability to make sound technical decisions and explain tradeoffs. - Comfort working across disciplines and adapting to changing requirements. - Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences. - Ability to balance speed, quality, and clarity. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
